The evalution criteria is the following: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY - An offeror’s quotation will be evaluate against the requirements listed in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). The following components shall be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptbale basis: DESIGN PLAN - The Contractor shall provide a design plan that consist of project details including products to be installed, method of installation, and lead time/ performance schedule. The design plan shall conform to the system requirements. EQUIPMENT: The Contractor shall provide a list of equipment/ components to be utilized for this project. The equipment shall conform to the system requirements provided in paragraph 3 of the SOO. Quotations that do not meet these requirements will be considered unacceptable and will not be considered for award. PRICE - Price will be evaluated on a comparative basis amongst all received quotations and the Government's estimate. Quotes shall use the CLIN structure provided above. The price shall include delivery of equipment and travel of personnel (if applicable). Technical capability is of equal importance when compared to price.
