The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and all other services necessary to perform testing and calibration of a Hanco Rubber Goods Tester, Model GT504 at Dover AFB DE. The calibration must be performed on an annual basis to ensure the safety of electrical personnel on DAFB IAW Unified Facility Criteria, UFC, 3-560-01.
