Sources Sought: Facility 841 on Dover Air Force Base is a mechanical room and bathroom facility that houses the mechanical equipment supporting the base 224,400 gallon swimming pool/water slide operation as well as the splash park. The Performance Work Statement attached will describe what work is required for the annual season opening and closing of the swimming pool/water slide and splash park that pertains to the mechanical equipment for chlorination and water circulation as well as chemical balancing of the water. Additionally, the contractor shall repair and or replace any mechanical equipment and appurtenances that affect the swimming pool/water slide and splash park water quality and operation as designed, in time for seasonal opening.
