Dover AFB, is in need of a HOIST ASSY-460 2000 1 10/13 (TIRE STAK) & Installation by a contractor to support the C-5 & C-17 Wheels & Tires. This Tire Stak Hoist will be used in warehouse opperations on Dover AFB to shelve aircraft tires while not in use.
