This project consists essentially of but is not limited to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and warranties to remove an existing 10 ton Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system from Building 503, to design, and provide a replacement HVAC system. The replacement HVAC system shall consist of 2 single zone variable air volume packaged units. Connect the new HVAC system to the existing Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard of $15 million dollars. The approximate issue date will be 25 Jun 2019 with an approximate response date of 19 Jul 2019. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. In order to receive an award from any resultant solicitation, should one be issued, the successful offeror must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM website is: https://www.sam.gov/. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price type contract. The performance period is 645-calendar days. The project magnitude for this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
