Services requested for a one (1) time service to instruct 12 personnel how to properly observe, record, or measure the effectiveness of cathodic protection (CP) systems. The contractor must provide a trained and certified technician to instruct a classroom of 12 personnel on-site at Dover AFB from 27 Jan 2025 to 31 Jan 2025. The instructor must provide all training material and have the capabilities to instruct 12 personnel become efficient in understanding and operating cathodic protection (CP) systems. By the end of the course, the 12 personnel shall be able to comply with UFC3-570-01 and AFI32-1001 Operations Management, Para. 14.2.
