The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials supervision and other items and services necessary to perform semi-annual preventive maintenance and inspection (PMI) on the air compressors listed in section 3.0 of the performance work statement (PWS). The contractor must inspect and maintain the equipment while meeting compliance with all applicable DoD/NFPA standards. The contractor may make recommendations as to parts that require replacing outside the standard schedule.
