Please respond to this sources sought if your funeral home is interested in participating in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide mortuary services for DAFB on an as needed basis. See performance work statement for the DoD mortuary specifications for operation of DoD facilities providing mortuary services, and funeral homes under contract for DoD mortuary services, and will apply to all Service components. The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) includes clauses unique to the procurement of mortuary services (252.237-7000 through 252.237-7011).
