AMENDMENT 003: Fix clerical error to quote response date from June 23, 2026 to June 25, 2026. AMENDMENT 002: Update Attachment 6 - Wage Determination to Attachment 6 - Wage Determination dated (5/13/2026) AMENDMENT 001: Change Product Service Code from J012 to J063. Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Fire Alarm Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS.) Please see Attachment 1 - Fire Alarm Maintenance & Repair PWS for a complete description of services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 561621 and the Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $25,000,000.00.
