The Dover Air Force Base Chapel requires a contractor to serve as a Catholic Religious Education Director, responsible for managing and instructing the religious education program for all age groups. The work will be performed at Dover Air Force Base. The contracting officer intends to proceed with an oral solicitation to at least three previously identified, qualified sources.
