Incorporate the updated SOW, dated 15 May 2025, Attachment 1. 3. Incorporate SOW Attachment 7 1G, B500 Renovation Layout. 4. Update SOW attachment number conventions for attachments 1G through 1K. All other terms and conditions in the original solicitation still applies. Amendment 2: The Purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Change the proposal due date from 30 May 2025 to Noon, 9 June 2025, EST. 2. Change 2nd site visit date and time. 3. Update Question & answer period for after the 2nd site visit. The Contractor shall provide all architectural / structural, interior design & finishes, and engineering for design and construction documentation necessary for a separate complete construction contract to perform the work outlined in the SOW and attachments. A. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns. B. The NAICS Code is 541310; size standard is $12,500,000.00 C. Contract performance period is 330 calendar days. D. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 E. Enter prices in Section B electronically or printing legibly and complete Attachment 2 - Bid Schedule. F. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). G. The 2nd site visit will occur 19 May 2025, 10:00 AM, EST. Provide the following information for the ACL request NLT 10:00 AM, EST., 12 May 2025, if base access is required: Full Name, DOB, Driver's License # & State. H. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. I. Questions must be submitted via email to the POCs below by 1:00 PM EST, 23 May 2025. J. Offerors shall submit one (1) copy electronically, no larger than 10MB, via email or by DoD SAFE to the below POC addresses no later than Noon, EST, 9 June 2025.
