Change the acquisition from a small disadvantaged business set-aside to a total small business set-aside. 2. Extend the Questions period to later than 1:00pm (EST), 8 July 2025. 3. Extend the proposal due date to no later than 1:00pm (EST), 22 July 2025. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The requirement aims to identify and replace deteriorated pavement through milling and paving, IAW the SOW and manufacturer guidelines to various locations on Dover Air Force Base. This comprehensive effort includes applying a Gilsonite-based asphalt sealer to 38,000 square yards of asphalt roads and parking lots, seal 20,000 linear feet of asphalt pavement cracks, sawcut, remove, and repave 120 square yards of asphalt pavement, and stripe 1,500 linear feet of four inch wide line striping. 1. This acquisition is a Small Business set-aside. 2. The NAICS Code is 237310; size standard is $45,000,000. 3. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. 4. Contract performance period is 180 calendar days. 5. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). 6. There will be no site visit for this requirement. 7. Questions resulting from solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC below by 1:00pm (EST), 8 July 2025. 8. Proposals are due no later than 1:00pm (EST), 22 July 2025. 9.
