The AMC Museum has a requirement for the preparation and painting of historic artifact C-5As, C-141As, and A-26Cs. The contractor will guarantee proper restoration and routine maintenance to ensure the aircraft are safe and properly configured to accurately reflect Dover Air Force history, heritage, and traditions. IAW DAFI 84-103, the historical property custodians shall accomplish these functions on a preplanned, scheduled basis. The contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, personnel, facilities, and incidentals necessary to accomplish corrosion control and painting of artifact aircraft.
