DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that ground vegetation, tree clearing/topping operations, and fencing vegetation is removed from identified locations on Dover Air Force Base and identified properties bordering Dover Air Force Base.
