Remove and dispose existing main gate marquees. Install new marquees in existing masonry structure without any modification to them. This shall be located as shown on the attached location plan (see Appendix 1&2). The masonry structure supports the installation of three marquees per requirements in this SOW. This structure will support three viewing angles relative to the incoming traffic to the sign. (i.e. East Bound on Atlantic, West Bound on Atlantic Ave, and North Bound on Main Gate Way). Install three electronic sign boards at this location. They shall be three Outdoor Full Color LED Display 8mm with a Pixel Matrix of 144 x 252. The three electronic signs shall be mounted in the preexisting constructed masonry structure and each sign shall be visible by that direction of travel. The signs shall be waterproof and weatherproof given the climate at Dover AFB DE. The main gate location shall have the capability to display a separate message on all three boards, while having the capability to link all boards together for a single message. Sign to fit in existing structure with opening with a height of 4’0” and width of 8’0” at the main gate location. Remove and dispose housing and medical marquees. Installation of new electronic marquees at these locations shall be two Outdoor Full Color LED Display 8mm with a pixel matrix of 108 X 252, and must fit in the following existing structures: Sign to fit in existing structure with opening with a height of 3’3” and width of 7’2” at the medical location. Sign to fit in existing structure with opening with a height of 3’ and width of 7’3” at the housing location. The marquees will operate with a cloud-based software package provided by the contractor and will be compatible with Windows-and approved for use by base communications prior to contract award.
