The project will be implemented using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237130 – Transformer Station and substation. The applicable classification code is H261– Equipment and Materials Testing—Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform oil sample testing on 130 electrical transformers on Dover Air Force Base, DE: See attached sources sought and draft Performance Work Statement for more information.
