The 436 Contracting Squadron is conducting this solicitation to identify small business contractors who possess the capability to provide services as specified below: Description of Service: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of bird netting at building 780/Base Vehicle Maintenance Shop, Dover AFB, in a satisfactory manner. The Government intends to award one (1) contract for the period of performance 60 days after the award of the contract.
