The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform Biomedical Waste Removal in support of Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations (AFMAO) as set forth in the performance work statement (PWS). Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the performance work statement (PWS) to reflect Category B Medical Waste and remove any reference to Category A Medical Waste. The PWS numbering format was also updated. Questions and Answers are provided in this amendment. The quote response deadline was extended until 07 September; no later than 1:00 P.M. EDT. Amendment 2: Revised Question and Answer document, removed terminology "Hazardous Chemicals".
