FA449722R0027-Request for Proposal-Aircraft Wash, Corrosion Control Services This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation number is FA449722R0027 and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 and DFARS Publication Notice 20220318. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488190 and the size standard is $35M. The contractor shall perform Aircraft Wash, Corrosion Control and Miscellaneous Services at Dover Air Force Base (AFB) as defined in all sections of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform contracted services, unless specified as provided by the government. Contractor tasks include Aircraft Wash Services Management Functions, Aircraft Tow, Wash, De-paneling Lubrication and De-paneling Services, Emergency Services and Environmental Compliance. Base Period (inclusive of 2 wk mobilization period, if necessary): 1 June 2022 - 30 September 2022 Option 1: 1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023 Option 2: 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024 Option 3: 1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025 Option 4: 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026 The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a 3 month base period and four (4) option periods resulting from this solicitation.
