The Government will accept proposals on Attachment 3: Bid Schedule, but contractors are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all pricing and formulas if used.** All management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide rental washers and dryers to include hook-up, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure continuous and safe operation. The contractor shall provide new machines at the locations and quantity specified in Appendix B of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The machines must be commercially rated as they will be subject to heavy usage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The contractor shall provide new connection hoses and fittings for the water supply, drains, and ventilation to connect to the government owned utility service connection points at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, in accordance with the attached PWS. The requirement is for a Base Year, Four 1-Year Options and a six (6) Month Extension. Site Visit: The site visit has been canceled due to no RSVP's received. Due to possible manufacturer delays for the replacement washer and dryers, please provide a delivery schedule as part of your proposal package to highlight lead times for the replacement equipment.
