The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary to repair and maintain equipment on Dover AFB, identified in Appendix A of the PWS, in a manner that will ensure their serviceability, safe operation, and compliance with current warranties. Additional assets could be added in the future. All maintenance, inspections and service calls shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and industry standards.
