The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Transfer Service as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Recyclables are classified as “Materials that exhibit the potential to be used repeatedly in place of virgin material.” Recyclable materials at Dover AFB include all office paper, newspapers, corrugated cardboard (to include cereal boxes/soda cartons, etc.), glass bottles, aluminum/metal cans, plastic containers, and wood.
