The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that non-hazardous solid waste refuse is collected, transported, and disposed of from Dover Air Force Base. The contractor shall follow all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, commercial practices and as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 16 February 2021, with a focus on safety, sanitation, and customer service. The contractor shall collect and dispose of base refuse so that waste containers and enclosures are emptied before their capacity is exceeded. Waste containers shall be maintained in a sanitary manner; free of dirt, debris, odor, and pests per local commercial practices. SITE VISIT: Date: 29 July 2021 Time: 10:00AM EST
