Please see attachment below*** ****Amendment 1 (19 August 2021): Combo solicitation pg 2, Letter A, has been changed to the following: "A. The contractor shall complete provision, 52.212-3, Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items and provide a copy within their offeror or certify that the SAM system is up to date and accurate. Offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The contractor shall also complete all required fill-ins within the listed provisions and clauses of this document. Failure to comply may result in the offerors proposal being deemed non-responsive." This allows offerors to submit a copy of 52.213-3 or certify that it is accurate and complete within the system. It is still a requirement of the offeror to complete all fill-ins within the listed provisions and clauses listed throughout the solicitaiton.As a result of this minor change Rev 1 is attached below. ***Also with this amendment a revised pricing sheet has been added. Please use Rev 1 when submitting an offeror. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, and transportation to provide non-personal service in support of the Dover Chapel for the Dover Catholic Religious Education Director. The contractor shall serve as the coordinator, teacher, facilitator, and organizer of the Catholic religious education program for ages 1 through adult. The Wing Chaplain will allow the contractor to use workspace and equipment in the Chapel and provide supplies to the contractor to facilitate performance of this contract. A workspace is provided for the contractor. The contractor is required to furnish all equipment and supplies necessary to perform this contract at home with approved coordination through the RE Chaplain ahead of time. Consults with, coordinates with, and is directly involved with the Chaplain. The program is multi-faceted and requires a high degree of coordination and cooperation with military and civilian activities and authorities. The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of the religiously pluralistic and sensitive arena of numerous faith group and denominational traditions. The contractor accomplishes the terms of the contract in compliance with the mission requirements and standards set forth and defined by the Department of the Air Force and the Air Force Chaplain Corps. Activities and behavior to the contrary are viewed as grounds for contract termination.
