The contactor is requiered to perform a annual season opening and closing of the swimming pool/water slide and splash park that pertains to the mechanical equipment for chlorination and water circulation as well as chemical balancing of the water. Additionally, the contractor shall repair and or replace any mechanical equipment and appurtenances that affect the swimming pool/water slide and splash park water quality and operation as designed, in time for seasonal opening. Site Visit: 11 Feb 2021 at 9:00 am EST Email Contract Specialist Elizabeth Lopez if you will be taking part on the site visit. Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Specialist, Elizabeth Lopez, by 12 February 2021 no later than 1:00 PM EST. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 19 February 2021, no later than 11:00 AM EST to the contracting office by e-mail to both points of contact listed below in order to be considered. Proposals must be valid through 15 April 2021.
