The contractor provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to Install a new and upgraded pushback racking system to replace the damaged on in Warehouse 515 (IPE). Specific Functions: Pushback racking system install will eliminate where lift equipment bent and crimpled the support beams and uprights. 1.1 Measurements are Racking system: 2 pallet deep-264”H-8 Bays- 6 Levels, pushback carts and rails, Guide Rail 74’, 8x4 pressure treated plywood 1x4 pressure treated plywood. Upright Frame: 25’H x42” deep. Anchor screws, lock nuts, and bolted load stop 1.2. New racking system must be built with either heavy duty steel or iron materials 1.3. Each row must be able to accommodate 600 pounds or more 1.4.
