Renovate LRS Command Suite (B639): Includes carpet square installation, demolition of drywall partitions, and construction of drywall partitions with rigid insulation for sound attenuation in three locations within the building. A. This acquisition is set aside for small business firms. B. The NAICS code is 236220; size standard is $39.5 million. C. This project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. D. The contract performance period is 100 calendar days. E. A site visit will be conducted on 28 May 2020, 10:00 AM EDT. Email points of contact (POC) below by 27 May 2020 if you intend on participating. F. Questions must be submitted by 29 May 2020, 4:00 PM EDT to the POCs listed below via email. G. Enter Price in section B, print legibly with black ink and complete Attachment 2 - Bid Schedule. H. Offerors shall submit one (1) copy electronically via email to POCs below no later than 16 June 2020, 3:00 PM EDT. I. Funds may not presently available for the full scope of work with all options. An award will only be made under this solicitation for the scope of work and/or options if funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
