The Contractor shall provide all design, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to renovate building 636 (B636) as necessary to comply with specified design standards and with the Statement of Work (SOW), dated 20 February 2020. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the installation of a natural gas line, boiler, furnace and split air conditioning unit.
