The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to upgrade facility heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) control system panels/components supporting facility air handling units, duct heaters, heating hot water system, chilled water system, power monitoring system, unit heaters, cabinet unit heaters, boiler room components and furnish new variable air volume units. Improvements are intended to increase HVAC Direct Digital Control (DDC) system remote functionality, reliability and serviceability of this mission-critical facility. Please Note: Face coverings will be required at the site visit in accordance with the state/local guidance.
