The Contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, maintain and repair the Crash Fire Rescue Training Facility (CFRTF) and Live Burn Training Facility (LBTF) as well as training props to include the car trainer, Liquid Petroleum Vessel, Confined Space Maze System and HAZMAT Prop at Dover AFB, Delaware in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness.
