This project consists of providing all mobilization, safety of the site in accordance with the EM 385-1-1- USACE Safety Manual, labor dated 30-Nov-2014, materials, equipment, disposal, clean up and demobilization necessary to re-epoxy the work area floor of B778 estimated 15,600 SF. The work site is further detailed below. Clean, prep and sand to remove existing epoxy to bare concrete, (treat concrete to prevent capillary action to prevent minimize bubbling of epoxy) & (mandatory verification schedule inspected prior to re-epoxying in kind the existing work area of 15,600 SF for Building 778). The epoxy floor that must be skid resistant, resist fluids at heats of at least 130 degrees Fahrenheit, and resist tire scuffing, road salts, chemical resistant to JP-4 Fuel and aircraft cleaning fluids and spark resistant. Provide warranty to included material, parts & labor of at least 3 years of wear. Provide a color choice chart with chip sample must be either white or light gray with a satin type sheen finish and be pre-approved by Civil Engineering Section.
