EST. Dover AFB proposes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Forklift Maintenance; supplies or services desired are contained in the Performance Work Statement and Price List. It is understood your company may be interested in providing these supplies or services to Dover AFB. Please bear in mind, a BPA is not a binding contract, it’s an agreement, and as an agreement, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA.
