This project will remove the existing 10 ton Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system from Building 503 and provide a replacement HVAC system. All work must comply with Part II Generic Requirements, 1. Governing Design and Construction Documents of this SOW. Particular attention should be paid to the DAFB Local Design Guide, section 6.0 Mechanical, with the exception of paragraph 6.1.3. The replacement HVAC system shall consist of 2 single zone variable air volume packaged units.
