The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the installation of a natural gas line, boiler, furnace and split air conditioning unit. The performance period for this project will be 220 days from notice to proceed (NTP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million dollars. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 14 June 2019 with an approximate response date of 15 July 2019. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is issued on a restricted basis to ONLY small business firms. All offers will be evaluated utilizing the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. All complete offers will be considered by the agency. All firms must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive an award. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price contract.
