Plantscaping, to provide a tranquil environment for grieving family members of fallen service members. To remove all existing plants, containers, mulch and dirt. Sweep and wash floors, stone, and walls. Replace/plant all new plants, containers mulch/stone and dirt. This includes all external areas in the front of building 116, the internal courtyard and atrium as designated in the diagrams attached. Additionally, remove existing plants, mulch/stone and dirt in the brick circle in the front of the mainentrance. The Japanese Maple that is currently planted, if healthy, will remain in the center of the outdoor circle at the entrance of 116. If unhealthy, the Japanese Maple must be replaced with the same type of tree. The two large trees within the courtyard as well as the trees in the front of the facility will remain and not be replaced. Replace/plant all stand-alone plants with new plants, containers mulch/stone and dirt. Please note - A Site Visit is recommended/scheduled on 8 April 2019. Questions must be submitted before COB 9 April 2019. Responses/answers to questions will be provided by COB 10 April 2019. Solicitation closes on 12 April 2019 @ 1200 EST.
