A full list of required accessories can be found in the Statement of Need. All of the work is to be completed IAW the attached Statement of Need. The government will not accommodate any questions after 15 March 2019 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Evaluation Factor: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a brand name only procurement. Delivery: Due to the funding limitations on this requirement, all items must be delivered and invoiced NO LATER THAN 13 SEPT 2019.
