Sources Sought *Request for Information (RFI) Solicitation is not fully developed at this time. The contractor will be responsible for transportation of all required load testing on an annual basis for the equipment listed on Attachment 1 to and from Dover AFB. They will provide all labor, testing equipment, materials and incidentals unless otherwise specified. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made to the equipment unless prior approval is given in writing by equipment owner. Equipment will be delivered to the owner in an acceptable manner after performing the required load tests. All certifications will be good for one calendar year starting on the date tested unless stated otherwise by the equipment owner.
