The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs to the Isochronal Maintenance Stand System, manufactured by Kern Steel Fabrication, Inc. of Bakersfield, California, at the 436 MXS Dover AFB, DE in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The Stand system consist of a series of wing, empennage, fuselage, landing gear, and engine stands; as well as a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU). The contractor will use existing manuals, instructions, blueprints, and plans to guide the execution of maintenance planning, activities, and all maintenance/inspection work shall be in accordance with approved technical orders (document containing instructions for installation, operation, use, maintenance, parts list, support, and training requirements for the effective deployment of a machine, equipment, process, or system). Additionally, the contractor will provide emergency repair services in the event of system or component failure. The work shall be in accordance with approved technical orders; commercial practices or manufacturer’s specification, if available, and shall be intended to maintain the equipment in safe and reliable operating condition. The contractor will deliver and provide qualified technicians to complete all inspections, maintenance, and repairs at the current location on Dover AFB, DE.
