The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and maintain the Mobile Tail Enclosure (MTE) at 436 MXS Dover AFB, DE in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. All maintenance/inspection work shall be in accordance with (IAW) the statement of work (SOW). Additionally, the contractor will provide emergency repair services in the event of system/component failure. The contractor will deliver technicians capable of completing all inspections, maintenance, and repairs at the current location on Dover AFB, DE.
