The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, DE intends to issue a sole-source Request for Quote (RFQ) to Foreflight LLC for software compatable with Stratus ADS-B receivers. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Foreflight LLC is currently the only known source able to provide the required supplies/services due to an exclusive licensing agreement. This notice dooes not constitute a solicitation document. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the Government. No payment will be made for any information received in response to this announcement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334210- Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250 employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements to the identified points of contact no later than 1:00 PM EST on February 14th 2019.
