This announcement constitutes only request for information. Your responses will be treated as information only and shall not be used as a proposal. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or to otherwise pay for the information requested. Note that work for this position begins 1 Jul 2019. Dover AFB, DE is seeking instructors for the Self-Aid Buddy Care (SABC) one-day course. This course will soon be replaced by the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) one-day course. Contractor must be able to provide instruction services for both type of courses. Instruction will include no more than 20 students per class. Approximately 1,500 students must be trained per year. Classes are to be held 1 - 3 times per week for 52 weeks per year. Location of classes will be held on Dover AFB, DE 19902. We are still developing our requirement so any information to help us in this process is welcome.
