Description of Service: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, expertise and labor necessary to provide rental and service of portable toilets and sink washing station services as defined in Attachment 1 – PWS, Rental and Service of Portable Toilets Services (BPA). The Government intends to award two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for a five (5) year period resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation.
