This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% set aside for a Small Business. The solicitation number is FA4497-21-AMC-MGMT. AMC Museum Collection Management Services and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 Item I and DFARS Publication Notice 07092021. Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best quote. The contractor shall submit their quote by 24 September 2021, 10:00 A.M. (EST) to the contracting office by email in order to be considered. All questions must be submitted by 13 September 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). Proposals shall be value for 120 days after submittal.
