*AMENDMENT 01, 24APR2020 Update Combo to reflect information from the Q&A and extend the response date to 1 May 2020. Contractors are required to acknowledge this ammendment in theire quote. - Attachment: Combo Conex Boxes Amendment 1 and CONEX Q&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4497-20-Conex Amendment 1 and this solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The Offeror must quote on an all or none basis. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05. This is 100% set aside for small business competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332439, size standard 500 employees. This solicitation is subject to FAR Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall provide pricing for the items included in the attached Combo document to include delivery to Dover AFB, DE. Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best quote. The contractor shall submit their quote by 1 May 2020 at (1:00 PM) EST to the contracting office by email in order to be considered for award.
