This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, effective 29 July 2024 Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Supplement, effective 12 June 2024 This procurement is a full and open competition, with a NAICS code of 562111 – Solid Waste Collection. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract IAW FAR 16.202 to the Quoter that provides the most advantageous price to the Government, while meeting the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and adhering to the terms of this solicitation (including all attachments). A single award will be made as a result of the evaluation of the quotes received, to the offer who submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.
