This project consists in the conversion of the former bowling alley, building T-169, into two independent areas: Laundry and Housing Management/Furnishing Management Office (FMO) Warehouse. The work includes the demolition of all interior finishes and partitions related with the bowling alley function, construction of new partitions including all finishes, new utilities, new loading docks and openings and the replacement of the existing built-up roof system with a PVC liner roof system.
