FA448623Q0022 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this document. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, effective 2 June 2023 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation DPN, effective 20 July 2023 Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Supplement, effective 7 July 2023 This procurement is unrestricted. For informational purposes, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment ( except Automotive and Electronic). IAW FAR 16.202, the Government intends to award a single Firm-fixed-price contract to the offeror that provides the most advantageous price to the Government, while meeting all standards set forth in the combined synopsis/solicitation document and all the attachments provided for this requirement. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please see the attached documents for further details.
