This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular Number – 2023-04, effective 2 June 2023 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Number – 4/27/2023, effective 27 April 2023 Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Number – 5/8/2023, effective 8 May 2023 This action is being procured with the NAICS of 335999 – All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing and the PSC 7A21, IT and Telecom Business Application Software. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract IAW FAR 16.202 to the Quoter that provides the most advantageous price to the Government, while meeting the technical requirements described in 1 Attachment, Product Salient Characteristics and adhering to the terms of this solicitation. A single award will be made as a result of the evaluation of the quotes received, to the offer who submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Please be advised that this RFQ in no manner obligates the Government to award as a result of this solicitation. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please see the attached documents for further details.
