This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular Number – 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Number – 3/22/2023, effective 22 March 2023 Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Number – 3/1/2023, effective 1 March 2023 This procurement is being made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, supplemented by 2 Attachment, Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This action is being procured with the NAICS of 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing and the PSC 7G21, IT and Telecom-Network, Hardware, and Perpetual License Software. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract IAW FAR 16.202 to the Quoter that provides the most advantageous price to the Government, while meeting the technical requirements described in 1 Attachment, Statement of Objectives (SOO) and adhering to the terms of this solicitation. A single award will be made as a result of the evaluation of the quotes received, to the offer who submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Please be advised that this RFQ in no manner obligates the Government to award as a result of this solicitation.
