The contractor shall provide nonpersonal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure the Grounds Maintenance is performed at Lajes Field, 65th Air Base Group (ABG) and off base support sites in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance throughout the growing season, which for Lajes Field consists of 52 weeks a year.
